Do you ship firearms directly to customers?

Firearms are shipped only to licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers / authorized transfer agents where required. Customers must provide a receiving FFL dealer’s information at checkout.

How do I find an FFL dealer near me?

You can search online for local FFL dealers or ask our customer service for recommendations in your area. The dealer must accept transfers and be willing to process incoming shipments.

What paperwork is required to buy a firearm?

Buyers must complete any required background checks and paperwork mandated by law (e.g., Form 4473 in the U.S.). Additional state or local forms may apply. The FFL handling the transfer will guide you.

What should I include in the description?

Your description should include anything buyers will need or want to know about the vehicle. Call out any notable elements of the specification, condition, or provenance of the vehicle that you feel will be of interest. Listing out the service history, dates and mileages is also very helpful to prospective buyers. Your vehicle must be ‘as described’ so please be as transparent as you can about any faults or damage.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase if the item has not shipped. Contact customer support immediately with your order number — we’ll do our best to help.
